If your industrial equipment is bolted down or is too large to economically transport, then we’ll paint on your premises. When we enter your space, we’ll cover and tape off the surrounding area and any parts of the equipment that need to be kept paint-free, as well as ensure there’s adequate ventilation for the project. 

Surface Preparation

Surface preparation involves fully cleaning the surface of the equipment. This can include removing dust and debris, grease, and old loose paint. The process of cleaning a piece of equipment depends on the material being cleaned. Special detergents or solvents may be used to remove dirt and grime. For surfaces with old paint, rust, or corrosion, we provide sand blasting services and even specialty blasting services (including dry ice blasting and wet sand blasting) to create a clean, smooth surface. 

Priming

Primers help paint fully adhere to surfaces, enhance its durability, and increase its longevity. Choosing to start with a primer and the type of primer used depends on the material being painted and the quality of the finish required. Primers may require varying lengths of time to dry and set before painting for the best results. 

Painting
