Door Stripping and Refinishing
Do you have commercial wood doors that have deteriorated finishes, out-of-date colors, or excessive wear and tear? We have a process whereby we can remove the doors to our facility and strip and refinish them. Refinishing is generally half the cost of the new door before it is finished. Our strip tank and prep areas efficiently handle doors of all sizes. We finish them in our spray booth with any stain or paint color you desire. We provide LEED certified coating finishes, waterborne low VOC compliant finishes, and standard industrial lacquers and polyurethanes. We also install new hardware, hinges, kickplates, and other accessories for your commercial doors.
- Door Finishing
We are capable of large and small production runs of doors, cabinet parts, and other millwork. Often doors and removable parts get in the way of new construction and/or remodeling projects. We can finish doors in our facility and deliver them after critical installations are finished. This process eliminates damage, costly touch-ups, and enhances productivity on the job-site.
- Spray Booths
Our spray booths are capable of large and small projects. We have staging areas for product, shipping and delivery, and the ability to handle any finish available on the market.
- Strip Tanks
We have in-shop strip tanks and accessories that enable us to strip virtually any finish from wood or steel. Our production area allows us to do the work efficiently and is a cost savings over traditional stripping methods. We are also capable of large production runs of commercial doors and furniture. We have the added advantage of being able to do the necessary refinishing as well.
