Concrete floors
We offer a variety of systems depending on what your needs are. We install epoxy coatings, polyurea/polyaspartic coatings, concrete stain, and concrete polishing. Often a combination of systems are utilized for aesthetics, function, and budget. We offer a free-on-site analysis of current coating systems and provide recommendations based on usage data. We also repair concrete cracks and have systems that address the typical problems with high usage areas such as industrial production facilities.
- Epoxy Floors
Typically a budget floor that improves aesthetics, lighting qualities, and provides for a higher level of cleanliness in any facility.
- Polyaspartic/Polyurea Coatings
Superior to standard epoxy floors because of impact resistance and non-yellowing qualities. These are often the floor of choice for car dealership showroom floors, locker rooms, bathrooms, and high visibility traffic areas.
- Concrete Polishing
Concrete is often polished to a high sheen with specialized equipment. There is no need to finish the floor with any product. Avoid the costs of regular maintenance that epoxy floors generally create. The floors are not slippery, resist any kind of staining, are highly impact resistant, and typically are the best long-term value in heavy use areas. This process also greatly enhances lighting conditions and improves morale in production areas.
- Concrete Staining
A color, or colors of choice, can be applied to concrete. We can even create custom patterns or designs in foyers, boardrooms, and the like. It has the same wear-resistant qualities of a polished floor but has the color to add interest and effect.
- Concrete Repairs
The products we use are “quick-set” and allow hi-los and other heavy equipment to operate within 15 minutes. Additionally, we are capable of Flint Broadcasting to develop greater impact resistance and improve aesthetics and performance of concrete floors.
- Aisle Lines
Border lines and safety stripes for floors can be added to define aisles and work areas.
